With the latest addition to the family (Zachariah 3 months) the 4 of us set of to Woolacombe to enjoy some September sunshine. Once again the vast clean golden sands, beautiful untouched scenery and friendly local atmosphere did not disappoint. The children and I enjoyed playing safely on the beach, in the sea (yes was even warmish) rock pooling and getting up to the things i did as a kid! When the weather changed there was still plenty do, with us taking our little girl (4 years old) horse riding and exploring barricane beach collecting pebbles and shells from far away. Now bringing children a thought is always where can we eat and Woolacombe and Mortehoe never disappoints from the best fish chip shop ever, to a lovely cafe, pasties to die for and beautiful friendly pubs in Mortehoe you are spoilt for choice. Importantly for me nothing is to much trouble and you feel welcomed. As for the accommodation we only ever use holiday home hunter, great locations with quality and cleanliness guaranteed Quite simply Woolacombe offers an unrivalled and untouched beautiful beach and coast line, which offers fun for all. We had another enjoyable stay at Belmont 2, it is lovely to be so close to the beach. The outside storage shed and shower come in very handy after a day body boarding. The flat is very comfortable and you can see the sea from the lounge window. The boardwalk restaurant is a short walk and serve lovely meals with a sea view. Thank you.
Just returned from a lovely week stay at this spacious and clean ground floor apartment. The apartment was right by the beach and sitting outside on the little private decking area, we could even view the sea! Holiday homehunter staff were very helpful with the booking. We have used them for many years now, having stayed in many different properties in Woolacombe. The advice and communication from the holiday homehunter staff has always been efficient, helpful and useful. Staff are always friendly and we have got to know them over the years. We will always continue to use them as they are competitive, friendly, helpful and have great properties for rent. August 2015
I am writing to thank you for our recent stay at 2 Belmont Court , Woolacombe from 10 – 17 July 2015. The apartment was excellent , everything on hand and lots of games, books and dvd’s to keep my 5 year old grand daughter busy and very happy. It was the perfect location due to my 82 year old mum who uses a wheelchair, we were able to access the esplanade with great ease – this was a great help. (unfortunately it rained for a few days of our holiday, but this didn’t stop our enjoyment. I can safely say on behalf of all of us that we most certainly will be returning to Woolacombe for the foreseeable future. My brother and his family on my recommendation will be holidaying next year and will have no hesitation to book with holiday homehunters. I have attached some photos - My grand daughter enjoying the sand on beautiful Woolacombe beach and also my daughter and her boyfriend at a very picturesque viewpoint as we were taking a walk to Morthoe. Please share my review with other holiday makers - as I will most certainly be returning ( hopefully around end of December also. July 2015

Lovely spacious apartment in an excellent location, with great views. Nice power shower to get all sand off when returning from beach. Easy walk to beach and town a must. Congratulations to the owner and housekeeper in providing the perfect holiday home. September 2013

Had a great time in Woolacombe once again! We would definitely come back to this first class apartment again. Great to have a selection of toys and DVD’s for the children ages 12, 7, 4 & 2 and to have outside space for them play. Apartment clean, spacious, comfy and cosy. Brilliant location for town and the perfect beach. Would certainly recommend. July 2013

Our first time in Woolacombe and what a great place!  Lots of sunshine and the beach is fabulous. Do not think we could have chosen a better apartment. Great views, great location close to village centre and very child friendly with lots of things to do. Our 16 month old daughter especially loved the toys and books provided (nice surprise). Hope to be back.       June 2013
We’ve had a great stay in this lovely spacious apartment. Plenty of room for our 3 year old boy to run around appreciated all the books and toys in apartment. A great location for families, close to beaches and all amenities and very comfortable well equipped apartment. Had another lovely 3 days in our favourite place, Woolacombe! we Will definitely return again. December 2012
Fantastic apartment with a location to die for! Have sadly come to the end of our week here and we would all (kids included) love to stay longer. Especially liked all the books and toys for little one (used often due to weather) nice touch. The space in the apartment and the finish is great, being within such close walking distance to the village. The sound of the crashing waves (instead of traffic) to wake you up in the morning.
