Just great to spend a fortnight at our favourite holiday venue in the UK. This years excursions included: biking to Lee, driving to Putsborough and then walking right around Baggy Point. Taking the long walk along the beach to Putsborough and back via the steep, strenuous hike up over Woolacombe Down - fantastic views from the top! But although I do love getting out, to be honest I am more than happy to stay in the apartment gazing at the “best view in Woolacombe “ Already looking forward to next year. Absolutely love it!! I love it, I love Woolacombe, the apartment is great! Left on Jun 12, 2018 for a stay in Sep 2017. The background: I have been coming to Woolacombe since I was a kid ( I’m retired now), so many aspects of my life have been played out there, happy memories! Usually holiday accommodation is bed, shower and place to eat - I’m off out. But I can happily stay in the apartment just sitting there gazing at the view. I’ve booked Narracott 8 for a few years now, this year I’m looking forward to the two weeks in September to so enjoy it again, and all being well for many years to come. Great apartment, great location. June 2018
8 Narracott is a wonderful apartment and its refit makes it even more stunning. Sitting on that balcony looking over the bay and the little village is a wonderful experience. The staff were great, and were very prompt to deal with two very small issues, which we were quite happy to live with for the duration of our stay. Although the building work was going on the workers were very friendly and we really were not put out by it. Hopefully we will be back next year for our fix of Woolacombe!! June 2017
Lovely well situated apartment overlooking a beautiful sandy beach, very well decorated with plenty of space and light. Bedrooms were a good size, both bathrooms in excellent condition with plenty of hot water. Kitchen well maintained with all the essentials you would need to prepare food. Great location as easy walking for some local restaurants - we really liked Captain Jacks. May 2017
Hi, I stayed at 8 Narracott Apartments from Sat 17th Sept > Sat24th Sept '16. I've stayed there before and first visited and became aware of this holiday venue a few years ago when my sister stayed there. I have stayed at 8 for a few years, for me it is the ultimate chill! I work a lot and always look forward to settling in and really taking it easy. There are various reasons I like the apartment. a) I'm into views, and it's a very cool view! b) I don't mind the stairs, I like being 'up'. c) I really like the big kitchen/diner space! d) Its great to have a big balcony! e) En suite AND large bathroom. I am not bothered my minor faults, so bulb out in the en suite and problem with one roller blind pull cord did not deter from my enjoyment. Every thing else was absolutely fine. Very much looking forward to staying next year! September 2016
We had another great holiday in Woolacombe. Apartment was again great - the views are still as amazing as ever! And location is fantastic. Sitting on the balcony watching all go by is what holidays are all about. However, the interior of the apartment is beginning to look a little tired. The main bathroom panels taped up and the tap in the ensuite could do with a plumber at it. Great to have a new cooker. Wi-fi code was missing - ok for us as our devices had recalled the code from last year. We thought our son could do without it for a week hence didn't contact you! Outside - we hope that the re-development soon gets underway fully again and completed. Doesn't put us off as you only see it when you park or go in and out. We had a fantastic stay at 8 Narracott in August. The views are truly amazing. From inside the appartment you can enjoy them whilst cooking, having dinner or lounging on the large sofas. And outside the balcony seating is great for having that glass of wine whilst watching the world go by and just absorbing the view of the glorious bay. We are lovers of Woolacombe and have been many times, but 8 Narracott is now our firm favourite and we will be back! August 2015
Hi I visited 8 Narracott appartments recently ( 20th June) Had a great holiday. loved the appartment. Really nice and clean when we arrived. But what we loved most was that balcony and view! Great. we had lovely weather so we were able to make the most of it. We love woolacombe anyway, and this is the best appartment we've stayed in cause of position and view. Holiday Home Hunter were also great, really helpfull, great with all aspects of booking our holiday. we will hopefully book this appartment again.The the end of building is under going building work, which is unsightly at the back, but did not put us off. It will be very nice when work is finished, but it could take a while. June 2015
We have stayed in numerous places in Woolacombe and this is by far the best! We will definitely be back! April 2013

Our second visit to this apartment 8 Narracott, 9th visit to Woolacombe. Fabulous holiday home very comfortable and very well equipped even for the rainy day. Fantastic views. The sun has been shinning and the wine has been flowing – great holiday. Thank you so much we will certainly be returning and will let friends know. October 2013

Our return visit from last year. In awe again of the views, the splendour of the flat really well equipped and kept. The convenience of the village and beach.  Lovely apartment , ideal position, would recommend to anyone. Great base for North Devon.  Hope to return next year to this apartment, could not have wished for better. September 2013

Lovely apartment – really clean and comfortable, well equipped. Has everything we needed for young children, we felt very welcome more than a home from home. The Big Sheep at Bideford worth a visit for the youngsters – but when weather’s good you can’t beat the beach. We all had great fun. August 2013

A view to die for, made all the better with a very well equipped and very comfortable clean apartment! You could’nt get closer to all amenities and beach. Don’t want to go home but, going home very relaxed. One to come back to. May 2013

We have frequently stayed in Woolacombe over the past 15 years, most often using Narracott Hotels, we favour it for its views. Numer 8 apartment has allowed us to replicate those, but with a much wider panorama and a far more luxurious setting and right in the village. Wonderful holiday made special by such a fabulous apartment – we’ll be back again! January 2013
Wonderful apartment, beautiful arranged and well equipped stunning panoramic view from Lundy Island all the way to Potters Hill, which we all enjoyed from sunrise to sunset and then Hartland. Plenty of leaflets and information with local attractions (if you got bored!) Not a chance. We loved being here, despite initial bad weather. September 2012
